    This is a pretty nice introduction to the physics of waves. Plus, Slinkies are always fun to play with.

    Okay, so this isn’t hours of fun, but it’s a pretty cool kit for the price. I picked one up for around ten dollars and the educational value my daughter got out of it was worth well more than that. For the price, it’s a great deal. A safety rating on this one?? It’s a Slinky- how dangerous could it be!
